hi there, my roommate and i are in a 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment in rocklin near sunset and blue oaks. we are close to william jessup university and sierra college. we do have a public bus-line outside the complex. we are looking for a third female roommate. we prefer you would be between the ages of 20-30, so we're at similar life stages. we would be happy to meet you for coffee and for you to see the room. the room is available now.our apartment is homey. we're both pretty busy, so we are rarely home during the day. on any given day, we're running off to work, stopping home for something we forgot, or watching netflix and talking with friends at night. i pay for the cable/internet since i have the master bedroom. we are laid-back, honest, and looking for someone with the same values. we prefer only caged pets, due to previous experiences where the animal was not well taken care of.
we want you to have as much of a feeling of being at home as we do. it's important to us.
the rent price includes the usual cost of utilities per month.
