house alarm too, non-smokers. new home, new community, near sierra meadows. white bathroom, with gold travertine in bathroom, double sink. installed a brand new stainless steel dishwasher.
room is big! fresh and cool, with a scenic windows to pool. very cool part of home. laundry room in house. . pool is solarized and warm and a salt pool (no drying chlorine).
you do not have to pay trash, water, pg&e (electrical & gas), internet, pool and lawncare, you can use outdoor furniture as well. we keep place tidy. walk in pantry, huge kitchen, filtered water.
will need a work reference for sure, signed contract, references. if you are a partier this is the wrong place. great for a student or a divorcee to get off their feet.
you will be living with a very clean, super nice, a busy professional with 2 jobs and lives part time there and a temporary (part-time) sweet soft spoken foreign student who works and is student at sierra college keeps to herself and goes to her country on school breaks. both are barely home and they don't bring people in the home and they have no kids or pets. but house being remodeled, thus the painter on ladder in pic. i will have better pics next week. thanks. email show contact info
