i have 2 rooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom house in east roseville near oakmont hs. one is currently available right now and the other after june 14th. only 1 person per room and prefer you do not have any pets. rent is $500 plus utilities split between 4 people (electric, pge, internet). first month's rent and security deposit ($500) is required at the time of move in. bathroom will be shared with one other person. full access to kitchen, washer, dryer. parking on street. conveniently close to various shopping centers and eateries and easy accessibly to i-80.

a little about me:

my name is linda and i currently am looking for 2 roommates in a nice home in east roseville. currently residing in the home is me and my boyfriend josh. i am a work as an analyst in the healthcare industry and josh is a full time student majoring in biotechnology at sierra college. we don't party as much as we use to but will have the occasional gathering of friends. we both like listening to edm (electronic dance music) and have gone to many festivals and events together. we have a dog named korra that is predominately inside. we are very chill laid back people and tend to be home bodies when josh is in school during the fall and spring semesters, but will take the occasional trip or adventure.
