two male roommates need a roommate as soon as possible! beautiful apartment, awesome roommates. its a two bedroom apartment/townhouse. it already has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave.

rent would be $540, plus electricity and cable/internet. heat and water is included in the rent. roughly $585 a month with utilities (depending on how much electricity is used) rent in equally divided three ways.

the room we're renting is our living room downstairs. our living room is open so you would need to buy wall dividers to have privacy. it's a huge room. i will send pictures if asked

we are musicians: drums and guitar. would love to have another musician.

one mile away from roslindale square. its in a gated community, also .02 miles away from bus line.

need the room filled asap.
