Shared areas in the home include a fully equipped kitchen with range/oven/microwave refrigerator/freezer and an assortment of countertop appliances as well as, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a family room, and a dining area. A washer and drier are also included.
Outside, you will also be able to enjoy a nice yard with a patio and Bar-B-Que grill.
Street parking. Pets and or children are not allowed. Smoking is discouraged, although one current tenant is a smoker, so you must be willing to accept that fact. No illegal drugs of any kind will be permitted on the premises.
All utilities are included, electric, gas, water, sewar, trash removal, and Wi-Fi.
This room rental is offered to a single person only. No couples. House is currently occupied by the 70-year-old male owner, and 1 other mid aged female tenant. Prefer a tenant that intends to stay longer time, and no “short timers” will be considered. A background check will be performed.
Rent will be due on the first of the month for the following month. A $400.00 security deposit will be required when the room is rented. First month’s rent will also be due upon move-in. Any initial partial month will be pro-rated. Only cash is accepted.
