roommate wanted: 3 beds 4 baths with roof top deck luxury condo, hardwood floor downstairs, carpeted bedroom, washer/dryer in unit, huge downstairs common area, private bedroom with walk in closet. jacuzzi tub inside enclosed shower. you never share the bathroom. safe, clean, fun place to live, walk to the beach. common area is fully furnished including kitchen. looking for one roommate, share living room and kitchen. master bedroom is fully furnished room with cal king bed. bed could be removed if need be. has central heat & a/c!!!great for working professionals that needs a quiet and clean place to stay. i am a working professional. please no work from home professional. other roommate is a working professional as well and everyone keeps common areas clean and tidy. we all contribute to the common area needs (dishsoap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, etc.) we split cable/wifi, water/garbage and sdge three ways. this is for one person and please no steady overnight guests. currently there are two males and one female (me) and one of the males is leaving. it is a month to month lease. must give 60 days notice before leaving and the security deposit is 1250
