hi,i am looking for a responsible, awesome adult to share my remodeled, amazing mission flat. i want to create a chill, responsible household, looking for someone who mostly enjoys peace and quiet but likes to listen to music too -when appropriate. you will be living with me (f-39) and my boyfriend (38), a sound engineer and dj respectively. we want someone who enjoys the neighborhood, helps clean the house and pays rent on time. outside cig smokers ok - indoor 215 ok. looking for someone long term but am open to 6 months as well.
i have a lovely, cute boy black cat, so no more pets, sorry.
the room is available for move in now but flexible - hoping for a july 15th move in (prorated) at $1650/month plus utilities/cable internet (about $60/month) and a $2000 security deposit. you will have a nice bedroom with an additional office/living space and closet. my last roommate left shag carpeting in the bedroom that you can keep or if you like the hardwood - we can get rid of it.
the place is a gorgeous edwardian flat in the heart of the mission - near 24th and folsom, 2 blocks from bart. we also have a small outside area and views of bernal hill.
