room available in south san jose. the rent covers utilities and cable. my fiancă©e and myself are quite and easy going. on occasion we might have a guest to watch a football game. we do have a pet dog husky who doesn't like cats. the home is in south san jose near light rail 85/101. the house is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. we don't use the second bathroom but a visit guess might use it on occasion. you can have a dog access to the back yard, garage gym, kitchen, laundry area and living room. ana works in the mornings so we usually in bed by 12. we don't smoke or do drugs and prefer our rommate not to that as well. we do enjoy a glass of wine/ beer from time to time. we prefer a female romate.thanks
