we are looking to rent out a bedroom in a mother-in-law apartment that has been newly renovated inside.down to the nitty-gritty details. . .

โท 1500 sq. ft of space over two floors
โท outside security cameras
โท washer and dryer in the apartment
โท 3 bedrooms (so including yourself
there would be 3 roommates) and 1
shared full bathroom
โท full interior remodel just completed
โท dedicated off-street parking space
โท access to gas bbq on back porch
โท ideally located: 3 minutes to southcenter mall, 5 minutes to airport, close to i-5, i-405, on bus
line 156 (stop is 1 block away)

โท ~115 sq. ft
โท huge walk-in closet (9'3" x 3'10")
โท huge window lets in tons of light
โท ceiling fan
โท tall ceilings
โท can fit a full or queen size bed
โท rent is $550 and includes w/s/g, electricity/gas, and wi-fi
potential roommate information
non-negotiables:
โท male preferred
โท minimum 6 month lease to start
โท must pass background and credit checks (bad credit may disqualify you)
โท no drugs
โท no smoking cigarettes or 420 anywhere on the property (non-negotiable due to allergies)
โท no pets. our small dog is king of his castle and not ready to share his home with a serf.
โท ok with a dog sometimes greeting you at the back gate when you walk through.
โท social drinking is fine, crazy drunk. . .not so much
โท drama free
โท no loud music in the late evenings. are we saying no loud music, ever? nope. everyone should be allowed to enjoy good music at an increased level, just not when everyone else is trying to sleep.
โท acceptable level of hygiene and cleanliness (why would we put this, you ask? one roommate ruined us for life with a lack of showering and cleaning up after himself. . .seriously. . .nightmares.)
โท no overnight visitors.
