i'm a chill male who likes to be social and am looking for a social and single male individual to rent a bedroom and that comes with a private bathroom. bathroom will have to be shared with guests' (not overnight guests).monthly rent: $550 with utilities.
up-front: $1180 = $550 required deposit + $550 first month's rent + $30 background check
requirements:
1. a male, responsible, respectful, clean (cleanish ok) and chill.
2. send me your facebook/instagram/social media/id for identification.
3. must be able to provide 2 mo. pay stub that is (at least) 2x the amount of the mo. rent before signing.
4. or a guarantor that makes 4 x the amount before signing.
5. must provide 2 references (previous landlords preferred but will accept personal references as well) - name + phone number + relationship

less than 5 minutes away from safeway, bel air, 24 hr. fitness, kohl's, cvs, walgreens
less than 10 minutes away from highway 99, target and light rail
less than 20 minutes away from kaiser and downtown sacramento
rent includes: spacious room with a closet, mostly private bathroom with shower/soaking tub and storage (must be kept clean as it will be used by occasional guests), access to the kitchen (designated cabinet, pantry, and refrigerator space will be provided), access to backyard and dining area, wifi, electricity, water, gas, garbage and laundry. direct tv is included however you must have your own tv (for your room) and pay for the additional box (one time fee).
no pets, serial overnight guests, smokers (cigarette and 420). no heavy drinkers.
