perfect, sun-filled room for rent in three bedroom/ two bathroom home in highland village. available anytime after january 5.you would have use of kitchen, laundry, a garage, patio and fenced in yard(with firepit).
the location is incredible - you can walk three blocks to the village or 4 blocks to the river!!! you will adore the area. it's safe and the neighbors are very friendly.
this room would be a great fit for a serious student or professional who wants to ditch their car and walk everywhere. we are 1/2 block from either bus - cleveland or ford parkway.
schools, coffee shops, the river, libraries, movies!, groceries, doctors, dentists and lifetime fitness all within a 3 block radius!! also, convenient to the airport...
all utililites included -- heat, air, trash, water, direct tv (though you'd have to pay for your own router box and install if you want it in your room) and internet.
you will share the house with two others and a dog.
overall, we're like most people in the area - healthy, busy, honest, friendly and community oriented. we're hoping to find someone like-minded because we're not into partying and dont want that in our home.
