available october 1st!room (12x10) is one of three rooms in a condo, comes with your own bathroom right across room. washer/dryer in unit. $1100 includes water, electric, and internet. 8 minute drive to sdsu without freeway. 4 minute drive to vons, eateries, starbucks on mission gorge road. street parking and there are always spots available. there is a pool, bbq area, hot tub, and tennis court on site. minimum 6 months contract, after that, month to month.
we are a young couple with a 10 year old dog looking for a suitable tenant. we are very easy going people but we are very clean and neat and would expect our tenant to uphold the same tidiness in the common areas. looking for just one tenant, this room is not suitable for families. no pets because we already have one! looking for a non-smoker. i also cook quite a fair bit so it would be best if your cooking habits are not too heavy so that we won't overlap our time in the kitchen. perfect for students, military (husband is in the navy).
