hey there!my name is kyle. i have one bedroom (non-furnished) available in my two bedroom apartment 1 block from mission beach.
i am looking to rent out starting july 1, 2017 until at least august 1, 2018 (1 year lease) this is not a one bedroom apartment.
my current roommate is moving out (our lease expires july 31). by definition, you would be subletting for one month and be put on a one year lease with me.
specs:
-the available bedroom is 8ft x 11ft (non-furnished)
-there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
-the rent you would pay is $863.12. i pay the same amount.
-time warner cable (i just have internet and no cable) is $24 per person.
-sdge varies each month, but it is typically between $18-$35 per person depending on usage each month.
-no pets allowed (per the leasing company)
-refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, couch, t.v., stove, oven, microwave, and cabinets for kitchen storage.
-the bathroom has a working shower and toilet with storage space for hygiene items

-25 year old straight male
-mental health assistant at a psych hospital in north county. i typically work 3pm-11:30pm, and sometimes work from 7am-11:30pm depending upon the day.
-enjoy outdoor activities, studying for grad school, volunteer
what i am looking for in a roommate:
-male or female between the ages of 22-27.
-communicative
-have a stable job with stable income.
-pick up after yourself (wash your dishes, clean the bathroom, vacuum the floors, etc).
-pay your bills on time
i have a great apartment in an awesome area hoping someone down to earth and fun is interested in living with an active sociable guy or girl!
