very big 12 by 16 master bedroom with a huge walk in closet 5 by 12. it's a very clean and nice 2 bedroom condo with a patio and washer and dryer. the whole condo is furnished. the master bedroom is not furnished. master bedroom has been repainted and carpet cleaned. my name is oliver i'm 40 yrs old. i've lived in the quest room here for a year now. this neighborhood is awesome. 1 block away is a grocery store/ rite aid / fast food / 7/11 convenience store / taco shop / bank / 99c store and much more. private parking so u don't have to put ur vehicles on the street. it's got 1 and a half bathrooms. the big bathroom upstairs we would share. i'm super clean and tidy. all home furnishings if u rent here are yours to use also. beautiful kitchen/ big food pantry. 3 by 5 storage room downstairs. i've got internet / cable / electricity already hooked up so we would split the utilities u choose to use. please come visit and see for yourself. 1 mile from the beach. please no pets or kids tho. just a single clean roommate we are looking for. landlord has a application to fill out that he checks renting background. 1500$ to move in for 1st month. 1000 for month rent and 500$ for deposit. come visit
