we are a college couple who wakes up at 6:00-7:00 am during the week and sleep by 9:30 pm. we have a medium dog, a kitten (soon to be outside) and an outdoor cat. all the animals are friendly and like to cuddle (dog will bark but will never bite) we want someone who likes a relaxing and quiet environment. please no drama, and must be willing and open to communicate. no smoking, no drugs, casual drinking ok, no parties.

rent is $650 a month, everything included. street parking is only available. washer/dryer in unit, and room comes with a mattress, and desk if requested. deposit required prior to move in. must fill out electronic application to be considered for tenancy. must be able to provide last three pay stubs.
