this apartment is conveniently located in walking distance of sdsu and the trolley station.
you would also be staying from august 2016-august 2017. you can renew the lease for next year if you'd like.
a parking spot is not included in the price that's listed. you'd be able to contact the leasing office about the additional charges of that perk.
