hey there,

i'm looking for a roommate to share an upscale 2 bed 2 bath condo in a great location near downtown. the room is available february 1st...my current roommate is moving out at the end of the month so the master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and connected outdoor patio is up for grabs. the place is in an awesome location in midtown/mission hills/little italy/bankers hill...honestly the worst part of living here is trying to describe where you actually live :). you can walk to a lot of places which is a nice perk. the house is hardwood and tile floors, new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. you'll have your own private garage with plenty storage space. there's a washer and dryer inside the unit and it also has air conditioning which for some reason is pretty rare in sd. overall the place is pretty dang nice and its fully furnished so you don't need to have much to move in and enjoy the living spaces.
