hello!i am looking to rent a bedroom in my home in allied gardens. i live on waring rd near eldridge st. not 420 friendly or any other drugs! moderate drinking. don't want someone who drinks in excess every day. cigarettes and e-cigs ok as long as you go outside.
the room is 10x10 and would share a bath in the hall with me. my other roommate is a 46 yo male (has private bath in his room) and he has one 11 yo female aussie shepherd mix and i have a 3 yo female maltese and a 2 yo maltese/bichon/poodle mix.
you would have access to the kitchen and living areas, laundry and light storage in the garage and a large fenced-in backyard with several citrus trees.

i'd like a roommate who is cognizant of early work hours and who can keep the volume down past 9:30pm. someone who is responsible, clean, drug and drama free.
if you have a small female dog under 30 pounds, that would be ok. no cats or other pets.
the rent is $650, but will be about $800/month including utilities (electric, internet, water/sewer).
i'd like to get someone in by february 1st at the latest. if you have a dog, please bring when you see the house so she can meet the other dogs.
