looking to rent out 2 rooms in my 3 bed 2 bath apartment. it is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is....kitchen utensils provided. dogs are welcome with an additional $300 deposit per pet. i have a chihuahua so if u arent a dog lover then this probably wont work out since most people in these apartments have dogs. also the person to rent the bigger room will get a parking space . the second roommate will have to park on the street. this is a spacious apartment on the first floor and the neighboors are young and chill. the apartments have an onsite laundry rooms which is actually only the next building ova and tha apartment is located really close to the parking lot so its convienent for loading and unloading . there is a pool for recreational uses and if u want to use the internet then ull have to help with the bill.i'm looking for a young adult male or female.....who's kick back and has a steady income since rent needs to be paid no matter what on the first. the first room which is a little larger then the second room...im asking for $1000 + 1/2 of the utilities...water garbage and pge. but once we find another renter for the third room it will then drop since we all split rent . u will be added to the lease so proof of employment and a valid id is needed.
