fully furnished room with shared bathroom for month to month lease starting october 9th 2017.
the house is in south san jose and is close to high way 85, highway 101, bus stop, caltrain and lightrail.
the living room, dining room and kitchen are shared with two adult ladies who work during the morminh, afternoon and early evwning. the queen sizes bed has a comfortable pillow top. you are required to provode your own pillow, sheets, towela (etc.). you will have designated shelf space in the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards. you can use the silverware, plates, cups and pans but are expected to clean up after yourself. (i.e. put everything in the dishwasher and run it, keep counters clean.) the laundry machines are new and only take he (high-efficiency) laundry detergent which you must provide. the house is quiet and respectable. there is one cat and oje dog who are both friendly. female and male candidates who are working professionals or students will be considered. proof of income or school inrollment are required. no smokers. no smoking inside or outside of the house. no drugs. no excessive alcohol.
xfinity wifi, laundry machines, and utilities are included. there is an outlet to connect a tv in the room. there is a closet next to the room, in the hallway that would be for your own use.
the monthly rent price is negotiatiable.
unfurnished room: $700 a month.
furnished room: $800 a month
$600 deposit. the deposit will be used towards your last month rent if the room, furniture and bathroom are left in good shape with normal wear and tear. the carepts will be profesionally cleaned upon your arrival and are expected to be professionally cleaned when you leave. i can take the carpet cleaning fee out of your deposit ($50 - $75), or you can have it cleaned yourself.
