i'm renting the extra bedroom in my townhouse. it's located in a gated community and is on 1 level. i'm an active senior who works part-time. i have a very friendly well behaved dog and would hope that you'd be a person who would enjoy living with her. i'm quiet, easygoing and respectful of others. i would expect the same from you. no smoking or drug use. social alcohol is ok. you will have the 1/2 bath with a toilet and vanity/sink. we share the shower which is in the master bathroom which you have access to through a door in the 1/2 bath . you would have use of the kitchen as well as all common areas in the house. there is parking in the garage and there is no washer/dryer on site. the deposit is $750.00 and you would have to agree to a background check and pay half the cost which is $19.00. if you are interested, contact me through this site.
