ne room for rent in a 3 bed, 2 bath home in san pablo. room is 11'6" by 8'9". the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer, backyard, and one on-street parking spot (it's a residential neighborhood, so sometimes neighbors park in front of the house; even so, there are usually several open spots on the street). the room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.who we are:
two professionals, mid-thirties, one male (who is also the homeowner) and one female. we're quiet, fairly social, and like to cook. housemates also include one small dog and two indoor-only cats.
who you are:
reliable and responsible.
pet tolerant, preferably pet-friendly.
community-minded - we like sharing food, meals, and household tasks, and would prefer a housemate who would also be willing to share.
non-smoking, or at least willing to only smoke outside.
