we have one room available.you will have to share a bathroom with one male, whom is there only a few days out of the week. we have a sweet, mid-size hound dog. and we would not mind if you have a dog, if the two get along well. electricity, water, washer & dryer use, premium cable and internet are all included in the $450 per month rent! the $225 security deposit are non-refundable. this is a moth-to-month rent. we are just asking that you would give us heads up as soon as you know, that you wish to move out. you must have a steady job. illegal drug use, and foul language are not tolerated!!! if you wish, you can contact us at: indigo_mink@yahoo.com
