private bedroom and bathroom available in roomy home in downtown santa barbara. walking distance from transit center and state street restaurants and close to the beach. the room has faux wood floors, decent closet space, and two windows. the bathroom is large and has a shower/tub combo. rent covers utilities and wifi.you'd share the home with two women--a mother, who is a working professional, and daughter, who's a student at city college. we're clean, quiet, and respectful; value positive energy; and are into sustainability.
