e) back yard and patio with ‘barbeque’, ‘table’ & ‘chairs’ and ‘pool table’…
f) share washer/dryer,
g) all utilities paid, including wi-fi, internet, and two (2) tv’s - direct tv
h) rent - $1,050/month + one month security deposit
