lexi and i are living in a master bedroom of our medium sized 3/1 house pleasantly located between all of the local universities and downtown. lex is a ballerina and i recently graduated new college, now aspiring to medicine. we both work full-time: i do 12 hour shifts with some nights and lex has a very regular schedule of early rising and sleeping at around 11:00p. we have a full kitchen, large foyer/family room, an attic with some storage space, and a fancy mirrored dining room.

we also have a shed with w/d, a trampoline, and a grill. the backyard will, with some tending, be enviable: i am going to first install a garden, then chickens, and, finally, a koi pond. we have three loquat trees, a fig, a huge avocado, a healthy citrus, several plantain trees, baby cocao plants, miracle fruit, moringa, you get the idea: i love landscaping in my spare time. our neighbors are rather famous permaculturists!

i think it is fair to describe us both as playful and hard-working. we work quite a bit and we enjoy spending our repose domestically rather than frequent outings. we don't drink much nor smoke at all, but we won't discriminate based on such. we eat little during the day but like to eat a shared dinner at night: we eat mostly greens, nuts, and a little protein. we have no pets (mine is the garden) and we could negotiate such though neither of us like cats much. for what it is worth, lex's sun sign is virgo and mine is sagittarius.

i love your personal freedom: i will appreciate you, your quirks, your genuine nature! all i ask is that we share that respect, so please:

1) buy, share as agreed, cook, and clean up your own food,
2) pay equal utilities with all other roommates (probs $70, tops),
3) maintain the amenities we share*,
4) communicate comfortably and freely,
5) respect each others' schedules.
