i have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom/1 bath located in a small privately owned apartment complex, which is quiet and the apartment rarely can hear any street noise. the room is unfurnished, you would have kitchen privileges as well. the bedroom has a very large closet. there is a pool here, coin-operated laundry on-site, and you would have a covered parking space. the apartment is a lower with a patio, there are gas and charcoal grills located in pool area for use. electric bill would be additional and would be split. public transportation and many amenities all within very short walking distance, most across the street. i have a cat, she's clean, well-mannered but the limit for pets here is one so no additional pets are allowed please.
