i have two bedrooms for rent in simi valley. rooms will be available on september 15th. we just purchased this immaculate four bedroom/2 bath home with new carpet and paint, and i’m looking for two additional roommates to fill two of the bedrooms. this home is in a great safe neighborhood, close to shopping and public transportation. the home is semi-furnished and you will have access to all shared living areas, with full kitchen and laundry privileges. utilities will also be shared. a $350 deposit is required and rent is $800 if renting month to month or $750 for a signed six-month lease. each of the bedrooms is approximately 10 by 12 and will share the hall bath. looking for a working individual or serious student – must show proof of income. a male roommate is preferred.
