we have a beautiful three bedroom home and one of the nicely furnished bedrooms is available may 1st.
presently we're one japanese woman who's at harvard and one guy from boston with a professional job. the third bedroom has just become available.
come join us! including yourself, we'll be three people.
previous housemates have been from all over the world including, but not limited to, france, italy, germany, holland, spain, greece, switzerland, great britan, korea, slovenia, israel, bahrain, ghana, bhutan, china, australia and of course the u.s.! many previous housemates have been at mit, harvard, and mgh (massachusetts general hospital).
you'll feel great living in this amazingly beautiful, upscale & exceptionally clean, three bedroom home! we're all busy, doing our own thing, but after a long day, it's nice to return to a friendly and welcoming home environment. we're offering a great place to live with lots of amenities in a fantastic location!
it's about a 9 minute walk to davis square and the red line t. from there, it`s easy & quick to go to mit, harvard, downtown boston and mgh. tufts university is a very short walk from the house. check us out on the map; we're in a great location!
in addition to the three bedrooms there is a fully-applianced, custom cabinet kitchen, nicely furnished dining room and living room, a large, modern bathroom with plenty of storage, a back deck with table and chairs and an enclosed front porch overlooking a very pleasant park with lots of trees and grassy rolling hills which helps create a very beautiful and friendly location which cannot be underestimated. you'll find people enjoying the park with an afternoon lunch, early morning tai chi, frisbee, strolling along with a baby carriage, walking their dog, reading on a park bench, or just catching some sun.
the rent includes a beautifully furnished bedroom about 12x13 with two windows, gorgeous hardwood floors and super-large closet! it's furnished with a queen bed with linen, blankets and pillows; bedside cabinet, ikea dresser, a huge wall bookcase, office desk, office chair, window blinds and curtains, area rugs, window air conditioner and your own cable tv with dvd player! the rent also includes heat, hot water, electricity, wireless internet, no-charge washing machine & dryer, and professional weekly cleaning of the common area! it`s a great deal!
