looking for a roommate for an aparntment in somerville, less than 1 mile from davis square. apartment is available october 1st and requires a year lease.

great location. apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. 750.00 is half the months (does not include utilities). the apartment is in a great location. parking is offstreet, but never a problem finding a parking space. also, close to mbta (public transit). this is a 1st floor apartment and the upstairs is rented out by a friend of mine and his brother. apartment will go quick.

a little about me (other roommate). 26 male. i work full time and am a recent college grad. we take frequent trips to davis square for happy hours. in the fall i will be out of the apartment most of the time as i work and am involved in soccer and softball teams in the area. most weekends i am usually out of state.
