looking for a young professional/student to share a three bedroom house with us in somerville near ball sqaure and about a 10 min walk to davis square. we are two male, recent grads who are working downtown. we pretty much work/relax during the week but like to have a good time on the weekend. utilities are not included but they shouldn't be too much with the three of us splitting the bills. the apartment has a back porch, big living room and kitchen, and all the rooms are a decent size. there is also laundry available in the basement. it is the first floor of a split unit house in a great location. we will be moving in on september 1. please respond if interested or if you have any questions.
