available on september 10th. looking for mature and responsible person to share a 2-bedroom apartment in somerville. the room comes with a bed, a desk and a closet: hardwood floors throughout, good size eat-in kitchen and spacious living room. 15 minutes walk from sullivan square t station (orange line); 1 minute to bus stops and 15 minutes walk to tufts university. there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.all utilities and amenities included in the rent. there is a cleaning person that comes once a month to clean the whole place. heat, hot water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet service with wi-fi and free parking space, are included in the rent!
