i am a single mom with 4 kids. i have spare bedroom that is furnished that i am offering free of charge. i am asking that in lieu of rent, i need help with housework. not a ton is required . a couple loads of laundry a week, dishes about every other night, and help straightening up the house from time to time. utilities are paid and i have transportation on occasion, if needed. must have patience with children and a dog.
