me: i am a 46 year old, single female, with last child going off
to college in mid aug.
the room for rent: fully furnished with new full size
mattresses, linens and towels, dresser, tv with satelite,
walk in closet, and new carpet
rent is $500. per month everything included!
water, electric, heat/ac, trash, satelite tv, wifi
washer/dryer, off street parking,
safe and quiet neighborhood.
