4 bedroom/2 bath home in the st. cloud campus area (4 block walk to campus)(8th avenue/5th street). two bedrooms/1 bath upstairs and two bedrooms/1 bath on main floor. the room for rent is on the main floor, 11x11 and it has 2 windows and a large closet. the kitchen, living room, storage closet, and washer/dryer are also on the main floor. rent is $325 a month. we pay electricity & gas (split 4 ways) and charter (internet/cable) is split 6 ways (we share with the separate apartment downstairs). monthly estimated total is $380 ($325 rent, $30 excel, $21 charter). parking in our driveway out back (alley) or on the street. i am a full-time student at st. cloud state university and i am moving out spring semester due to some family issues (back home), so i need someone who is interested in moving in december 2010 until may 2011. if you are interested in moving into this house you can send me an email and i can send any more information and pictures. by the way, the outside of the house is not very flattering but the landlord gutted the whole house in 2008, so everything on the inside is brand spanking new!
