hello! my girlfriend and i have two rooms for rent in our home. you will have your own room and share a bathroom with one other tenant or you could have your own full bathroom on the first floor. both rooms are spacious and have large closets. we have some furniture (desks, chairs, 1 twin size bed if you need furniture at no additional cost, not what is pictured, it's just there to give you a sense of size) both rooms are approximately the same size. all utilities are included, including heat, gas, electric, etc. you will also have access to all common areas of the house. we have directv on three tvs, strong wireless internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, yard, and some storage space. there is a lot of room to spread out in the house, so you will have your own space. we have two living rooms, a finished basement, a pool in the summer, a basketball court / hockey rink depending on the season, and a smoking room. there is safe off street parking. we are very close to 195 for commuters.

what we're looking for

we have two dogs and can not accommodate any other animals, aside from small caged animals. you can not be allergic to, or be unwilling to live with animals. animal lovers are a plus.

we are all young, professional, easy going people, but will not tolerate any illegal behavior. 420 friendly. you can be as independent or as communal as you would like to be. we often cook meals, etc. and plan house activities with our current house mate, but if you just want to be left along we can do that too.

we reserve the right to request references.

rent / security deposit / contact information

monthly rent is $400 dollars a month and we request a one time security deposit when you move in of $400, which will be returned to you if you decide to move out.
