looking to rent out our master bedroom and take over or lease that is up in march. this is a great area and community. not strict on credit, i will leave our deposit behind so all you have to do is pay the 45 or 48bucks to do your background check it don't take long to get approved either. we had very low credit and got approved. this is a 2bedroom apartment home, very spacious and lots of breeze. it is for up to 5 people that can be living in this apartment home, so you can have 2parents and 2kids if preferred because you'll have a 1roommate that just goes to wrk and comes back to sleep mostly. so you won't see the roommate to much. when you do it's just coming and goings.
rent - $911 with utility's (827+84= $911) the 84 is water,trash and sewer that the apts add to the rent bill) you must set up your gas and electricity cycle before move in since that is in my name and i will need to transfer it to where i move.
