room available $450/month plus shared power. this house is in a great location! near asu and mill, biking distance to the light rail, 2 miles from the loop 202, i-10, and 3.5 to the loop 101. the house has tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. there is a large kitchen with two refrigerators and a dishwasher. the large arizona room is basically unused and i'm open if you want to rent this area for an office or whatever. laundry facilities are inside.
