we are moving out and need to find someone to take our room in a 4 bedroom rental home which is a one minute drive from mesa community college.

the house is 2700sqft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, has a backyard, garden, pool, and garage.
the room available to rent is the master bedroom with a master bathroom (that will be all yours). it is $400 a month plus utilities.

there are 3 other roommates (all male) and one dog and one cat in the house.

we are looking for someone (or a long-term committed couple) who is preferably a student that is responsible, good at communicating, and honest.
