2 bedroom 1 bath house with big backyard to share. located in a very nice area of torrance po with great neighbors. monthly rent includes all utilities, washer, dryer, twc, internet, land line and gardener. also, converted garage complete with tv, stereo w/ turntable...yep, sofa, bar and fridge. no garage for storage or car but plenty of parking on street. (ok to store bike in garage) a short distance to 405,110,91 freeways and public transportation. inside/outside dog ok, under 15lbs only. i have a 10 lb male (altered) jack russell mix. asking $850 first, security and 30 day notice to evacuate. no credit check but will require proof of income and nationwide background check. i'm pretty laid back but like to bbq, turn up the tv or stereo and have a cold one or two. don't smoke (anything)but don't mind it at all. i have ashtrays provided outside and in the garage. i am 51 years old with 2 adult children (do not live with me) and just want to live and enjoy my life ..dodgers fan a plus lol
