looking for 1 roommate asap! i have 2 rooms available for rent, but it is a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house off of 11th in tracy in eliasgaray ranch. it's a custom home with 3000 square feet & a pool. wifi is included in the rent. single occupancy only. i'm asking for $650 for 1 room, plus utilities; the deposit would be $650 as well. i have another master bedroom available for $900. no overnight guests or dogs/cats; other pets may be negotiable. there are 2 male professionals, one is a commuter & only here monday through thursday. utilities will be split 3 ways. i'm looking for a laidback, responsible professional (works normal business hours) to share this home. no drama, smoking, drugs & must be employed, show landlord & employment references, provide your last 2 paystubs, be ready for a credit check free of charge, have a po box for your mail & be clean!
