2 bedrooms available in house, one or both available - $1100/mo for one room, or $1800 for both; shared double bathroom, single person inquiries only, sorry no couples or familieswe have 2 vacant bedrooms in our 5br house and we are looking for responsible and fun people to fill them! the other bedrooms are currently occupied by 3 females and 1 male in their 20s to 30s, and 3 very friendly dogs (who don't have access to upstairs, where the bedrooms are located; all are covered by liability insurance). we love animals but we are very sorry to say we cannot accommodate any more pets (trust us, we'd love to, but landlord restrictions).
we are all friends but also appreciate our alone time. we are looking for someone who is a good fit for us -- loves dogs, friendly, courteous, and responsible -- we all help each other out when we can here. we sometimes have home-cooked dinners together, which you will always be welcome to even if you aren't one to cook yourself. if you do cook, you will have access to the kitchen and our pans/pots/dishes/utensils. we love sharing food, wine, and good conversations!
we have a 2-car garage that we use mostly for storage, so if you have extra items to store, you can make use of that as well. the backyard is good for lounging and we have 2 grills if you ever feel like bbqing.
we have an in-unit washer/dryer which you will have free access to as well.
there is plenty of safe street parking on our block for your vehicles if any; we are minutes from the bart station, bus station, and 880/92/84 freeways. we are just down the street from union landing shopping center.
we are looking for someone to move in october 1, but if you need a place to crash for a few days prior, we do have a spare couch and living room space for your stuff to temporarily move in.
