i am renting two rooms upstairs in my home. i am in waltham. one room is already rented by a very quiet young lady. there's a bathroom will have to be shared between the two of you so i prefer another girl for the other room. i guess that's the father image in me


i am a 49 year old christian gentleman. i have pets. your pets will be welcome as long as they get along with my little doggy (half schnauzer and poodle).

you are also welcome to the use of my washer/dryer and kitchen. help with the cleaning would be appreciated. there's enough room for one additional car outside plus there are t-stops within a reasonable walk.

the room already has a full size bed and bureau. only twin mattresses can be brought up the stairs due to the narrow stairway.

my rules are no overnight guess but your visitors are welcome as long as they are respectful. as time goes on i may make exceptions. also i ask respectively, if you have a picture could you please send it.
