hi - im in between jobs and would like to get someone in here temporarily. the room has a mattress on a bedframe right now. i could box spring if u need a bad or move the mattress to another room if u have furniture. smoking is fine, but prefer most is done on the deck. the landlords live downstairs and ive been here on and off for 15 years. im a very easy going person and keep busy eith job hunting friends and driving part time for lyft. let me know if you would like to talk more about looking at the room. move in is flexible. im still purging stuff so not really looking for immediate move in.
