looking for a female roommate for a good sized bedroom available in a large two story 3 bedroom apartment on mount auburn st. we move in june 15th and would give priority to someone who could move in then too, with prorated rent, but would be open to you moving in july 1st. you would pay your share of first and last month's rent, no security deposit. electric, cable and internet will be split three ways.about the place:
-living room, dining room, large kitchen on first floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs.
-hardwood floors throughout.
-free laundry on the second foor
-heat and hot water included!
-well maintained older house with nice details like built in cabinets and lots of extra storage.
-storage in the basement.
-dishwasher
-71 and 73 buses run right by the house to harvard sq. and watertown sq.
-free off street parking .
-we have two affectionate cats, sorry can't accommodate more pets.
-yard and well maintained landscaping.

we are 27 and 28, professional females (social worker and medical researcher).
-nonsmoking (and ask that you be too)
-we don't have loud parties, but like to be social in common areas.
