newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house. currently occupied by a couple in their late 30's and their dog (husky). we are looking to rent out one of the bedrooms with a private bath. we are working professionals who work during the week and enjoy playing on the weekend. we do have family and friends over for diners and bbq's. the renter would have full access to the house and all it's amenities. all utilities would be included - wireless internet, direct tv, water, power, trash, and gardener.

we are looking for a male between 25 and 60. we are open to a dog as long as they are friendly with other dogs and house trained. additional deposit required for dog.
