http://www.timothycourtandhillcrest.com/rates___floor_plans.html
you would be occupying the 10' by 12' bedroom in the two bedroom apartment.
the bedroom will be unfurnished. the rest of the apartment is mostly furnished. (the apartment may be in need a few things, such as a couch, microwave, or vacuum. if you have those to bring, awesome! otherwise, the current occupant will look into it himself.)
you will be responsible for the cleanliness of your bedroom, and to help with the upkeep of common areas.
on-site coin operated laundry facilities are available.
no pets, no smokers please.
current occupant has an extensive collection of dvds, games, and books which, if you are respectful of other people's property, you will be free to enjoy as well.
if you are interested, contact the current occupant by replying to this ad so a meeting to discuss this further can be arranged. after that, you will have to be able to meet with the landlord to fill out an application. if the landlord approves the application, then you and the current occupant will need to sign a one year lease. (after one year, occupancy can continue for as long as you wish, on a month-by-month basis. although, the current occupant will appreciate a few months notice if you plan to leave first, and will extend the same if he plans to leave first.)
current occupant is a 38 year old male. all ages and genders are welcome to inquire.
*rates quoted in this ad for rent and cable/internet are accurate at the time of the writing of this ad. they can be raised any time at the discretion of the landlord or comcast. if this happens, you will be responsible for whatever 50% of the new total rate is.
