hi i'm looking for a young female with no pets to come move in to a room.
my names lani, i live with 2 roommates and i own the place i'm 24, i'm quiet, friendly and clean. i have two available furnished rooms for $480 and $580 in a nice clean home.13x13 has long mirror sliding closet..

the house has two floors, we live on the first floor. i rent out the upstairs to a family. the house is color brown it's remodeled in and out; has a new roof, new siding, windows, hardwood floor etc.
all utilities will be included with high speed internet, cable, brand new laundry & fridge, bathroom, kitchen, etc. there's central a/c and heat as well. i'm very clean so please i only want someone clean that cleans after themselves like who wears no shoes in house and wipes counter and stove after using it and washes their dishes, that kinda thing. parking lot available or bus stop a block away. convenient store a block away as well and fast food places around the corner. anything you need is right here:).


i need someone serious who won't be late on payment. its month to month so i need first month of $480 or $580 before move in.

and also because of past issues i'm asking for last month rent but not before move in you can just pay that weekly until payed thank you!:)))
