my name is kiersten (28) and me and my husband john (35) are looking to rent one large bedroom and another basement bedroom. we are really nice and easy going. i'm the type of person who will help you out. we are really friendly and like to hang out with the people that live here, kinda like a family. it is $675 per month on a month to month basis. utilities included: heat, water, electric, cable with hbo and showtime and wifi. some furniture can be provided. you will have to provide the tv, food, cleaning products, toiletries. room has a huge closet and cubbies for storage. a few times a month we cook for the entire house. safe neighborhood!! living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and fridge, and washer/dryer are shared. smoking okay on porch. parking is off street in the big driveway. huge yard!! storage is available in basement or cubbies in the bedroom.we are very quite and clean, really easy to get along with. i ask that people be considerate of others and clean up after themselves. about 1-1/2 miles from parker st. 5-10 mins from wneu. no drugs 420 ok ðÿ‘œ. no drama!!!!! only text or call if actually interested! please text or call (texting is easier) 4 1 3 2 2 1 1 5 5 1
