i am looking for a roommate to fill the other room in my apartment. the bedroom is unfurnished but the living room is furnished! private bedroom with private bathroom as well. bedroom has large closet with mirrored doors and a window with a view of the pool. unit has a dishwasher, air conditioning, a storage unit and a patio. apartment complex has laundry on site, a pool and 2 jacuzzis. complex is across the street from a park and close to all major grocery stores.i am looking for a female roommate between the ages of 21-25. the move in date will be august 1 and it is a month to month lease. there will be a cost of 825 up front for a security deposit and first months rent which is 800.
